This cropped up on LBC radio the other night.They were asking the question,"ways old people keep fit".
One gent aged almost 72 swore by this product which he took twice a day in water. He began taking it after reading a book on it by a nurse,Margaret Hills SRN. He said it was a cure for many ills . I'd never heard of cloudy cider vinegar,worth giving it a try.
Would be interested to hear of others who have tried it,in the meantime I am ordering the book

Not tried cloudy, but if I get bad heartburn/indigestion, and antacids don't work (not always acidic problem) I have a couple of spoons of cider vinegar in water and it's almost an instant cure.
