Engaging EU Article 50 is unlawful.
« on: November 26, 2016, 03:56:30 PM »
Dear Editor,

Engaging EU Article 50 is unlawful.

Those who are hoping for PM May to keep her word and take us out of the EU sooner than later and restore the people’s sovereignty, common law constitution and rule of law will have to think again.

The Conservatives have always waved two fingers at the British people and all they are as a nation state and they don’t intend to change now, as demonstrated by their insistence to engage in and implement EU Article 50 which is foreign law and as such outlawed within this realm, as proclaimed and stated under the Bill of Rights 1689 which is extant and reads:

‘NO FOREIGN PRINCE, PERSON, PRELATE,STATE, OR POTENTATE HATH, OR OUGHT TO HAVE, ANY JURISDICTION,POWER, SUPERIORITY, PRE-EMINENCE, OR AUTHORITY, ECCLESIASTICAL OR SPIRITUAL, WITHIN THIS REALM.’         BILL OF RIGHTS 1689.

The British people can see and understand this, but there are none so blind as those who do not wish to see.

Yours Faithfully,  Bob Lomas.
