Britain 'faces US legal claims' after America passes terror sponsors law
www.telegraph.co.uk
Britain faces a wave of claims from US lawyers and could even be sued by victims of Jihadi John, senior military and political figures warn, after Washington passed a controversial terrorism sponsorship law.
=====
Can anyone explain how or why any British court would allow an American law to be  used in a British court?

Hi John,

This is probably a case for International law, sneakily being brought in by the UN, I sent info. on this a while ago re: maritime law (EU/commercial) integration on land, sea air and even outer space - from a UN document.
Remember Cherie Blair now has her own law International firm 'Omnia', which means 'everything, complete'.
