Latest response to MP Rees-Mogg who claims on tv Parliament is Sovereign.

Dear Rees-Mogg
Thank you for your recent letter in which you use Parliamentary protocol to brush my observations off. However, protocol does not protect anyone who at best is committing Sedition and at worse Treason.
Your claim that Parliament is Sovereign is nonsense and its provable nonsense to. For on the 8th March 1784 Parliament voted on it.
You should also know that all Law students are being taught subversive and seditious nonsense where Law professors are claiming that the doctrine of Parliamentary Supremacy is true. Again provable nonsense spouted by William Prynne who found himself arrested by Oliver Cromwell and English soldiers.
The Attorney General for part of the reign of Elizabeth I Sir Edward Coke revised the ancient English custom of the Supremacy of the Law of this land. Both the Monarch and Parliament are subordinate to the Law because it is by Law that they were created.
Furthermore, Parliament cannot create Law it creates Legislation in the form of Statutes which are rules, codes and regulations.
All people in Britain have a right protected by Magna Carta which is Law to withdraw consent from being policed and/or governed. I do not consent to being governed by Traitors.
Have a guess who said this you need to keep up with our True English History:
“Here is a Law which is above the King and Parliament, and which even He and They must not and may not legally break. And in the event they or anyone else were to try to abrogate it, such attempt at abrogation shall have no force nor effect and can be safely ignored with no legal ill effect. In addition, in the event of successful attempts at abrogation of such liberties, customs, or rights, the King has commanded and do hereby compel any and all subjects to swear oath to join the barons to assail the properties and persons and families of those [. . . .] who had successfully completed such abrogation, including but not limited to that of the individual Members of Parliament who had voted in favour of any such successful attempts at abrogation.
This reaffirmation of a supreme Law and its expression in a general charter is the great work of Magna Carta; and this alone justifies the respect in which men have held it.”
He also stated this and this is happening in England today:
“The power of the executive to cast a man into prison without formulating any charge known to the law, and particularly to deny him the judgement of his peers, is in the highest degree odious, and the foundation of all totalitarian government whether Nazi or Communist.”
and this:
“If you have 10,000 regulations, you destroy all respect for The Law.”
Note he called what you spuriously and speciously claim are laws, REGULATIONS.
Have a good day because the good people of England are waking up and all those in Parliament are living on borrowed time.
Best
Terry
