Letter sent to Daily Express 7 Feb 2013 in response to attached article
Dear Editor,
I must take issue with Anil Dawar's 6 Feb article "UK's own Bill of Rights wrecked by the Lib Dems".
He seems confused about exactly what the consultation was trying to implement.

This treasonous move would have tried to remove the people's Declaration and Bill of Rights 1688/9 (extant and inalienable "For all time to come"), and replace it with a trumped up UK Bill of Rights in which they were trying to incorporate the Human Rights Act.

Parliament have no jurisdiction over the existing Bill of Rights, made between the Monarch and the people, stipulating the people's rights and liberties.

To try and remove it or overawe it, Her Majesty or either House of Parliament, is treason, and the alien Human Rights Act imposed by the EU as a foreign power has no legal force in the UK.

Under Articles 49, 50 and 69 of the International Vienna Convention on the Law on Treaties 1969, the European Communities Act 1972 is 'null and void' and of 'no legal force', due to corruption demonstrated in procuring the treaty, and a material change of circumstances surrounding the main signatory/plenipotentiary, which makes that treaty, and all those which followed invalid and void, and void treaties "have no legal force".

We have therefore never actually been in the EU, and our parliament should not be paying taxpayers money to them against the restraints of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000, or implementing any of their laws or directives.

yours truly
Mrs J.xxxxxxxx
