Trinity Mirror Group, the largest publishing company in Britain,  wants the Express, the only real Brexit supporting UK paper.
Although it was easily verifiable that the Mirror group were culpable in the hacking scandal, there culpability was mainly hidden from the headlines. http://www.holdthefrontpage.co.uk/2017/news/trinity-mirror-in-talks-to-buy-express-and-star-titles/

Rupert Middleton, husband of Common Purpose queen Julia, was for some years the Group Director of Manufacturing for Trinity Mirror Newspaper Group. Namaste Publishing http://namastepublishing.co.uk/unmasking-common-purpose/
It has been known that the Mirror Group used Southern Investigations, the firm headed by Jonathan Rees, who was jailed in 2000 for conspiring to plant cocaine on an innocent person. Rees, who was involved in the hacking of phones and the blagging of bank account details, may not have worked for the Mirror newspapers since then but his firm was used 230 times between October 1997 and September 1999.
Trinity Mirror may, at the very least, want to investigate that period of its newspapers' history. A list of it's titles here...
