Ref Gina Miller
I am attaching a copy of a letter to Lord Burnet LCJ this lays out clearly the legal position governing the use by Her Majesty of the Royal Prerogative to Prorogue Parliament.
By attempting to challenge her Majesty's use of the Royal Prerogative Gina Miler is attempting to over turn the lawful decision of her Majesty to Prorogue Parliament. This constitutes an act of treason contrary to the 1351 Treason Act she is attempting to put her will above the will of her Majesty to use the Royal Prerogative to Prorogue Parliament as and when she decides to Prorogue Parliament. Gina Miller is imagining the death of her Majesty as a fully Sovereign Queen of England from where all her titles prerogatives and superiorities flow.
I am submitting an allegation of high treason against Gina Miller for her attempt to set her Majesty's lawful authority at nought and by so doing imagining the death of her Majesty contrary to the 1351 Treason Act.
Respectfully submitted

Ref Royal Prerogative
My Lord
I understand Gina Miller is taking a case to prevent the prorogation of Parliament by Her Most Britannic Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The right of the Sovereign to prorogue Parliament is a major part of the Royal Prerogative going back to the beginnings of Parliament itself.
On the 8th March 1784 Parliament took a vote on where ultimate Sovereignty lay with the lawfully anointed King or with the elected House of Commons, after a speech by Pitt the Younger in which he asked is it better to be ruled by one despot or by three hundred and fifty despots who can never agree. This followed a debate which began in January 1784. King George III won the vote so by the Common Law governing our Kings and by Parliamentary vote Queen Elizabeth II is the supreme governor of England. The 1689 Bill of Rights did not remove any of the authority granted by our forefathers to our Kings, rather it only restated those things which Kings of England had never been able to legally do.
Her Most Britannic Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as the Supreme Governor of England can Prorogue Parliament any time she likes and there is no legal way to stop that. If this case goes to Court and it should not any Judge who rules against her Majesty's decision to Prorogue Parliament places him/her self above her Majesty and by setting her Majesty's decision aside commits an act of High Treason which renders that Judge liable to arrest whilst sitting the only offence for which a power of arrest for a constable or any person exists in law.
You are therefore as a loyal subject of her Majesty's holding high judicial office requested and required by the law governing England's Kings to refuse this case of Gina Millers to be heard in any of her Majesty's Courts.
Respectfully submitted
