BBC Media Action: Subversion From Broadcasting House To ...
An innocent BBC charity deserving our support and money, or a dangerous subversive organisation? We overwhelmingly think the latter. The Media Action mission …
where I refer to the 'Marshall Plan for the MInd'

This is linked to the BBC and forms in effect a massive propaganda exercise of which it was effectively tested in Kazakhstan by introducing 'soaps' to capture minds and inject new ways of thinking over feminism banks democracy ete etc

The BBC and BBC Media Action (a pernicious and very dangerous little charity' are now both involved in the subversion of eastern european states to help form the marshall plan ...

Thanks to Ferne for info here, Marshall Plan indeed, re building Europe with UNESCO and Germany.

Did a quick Precis of some main points- sustainable for sure - German led - EU backed and getting various organisations working together as a team?

Introduction and Chronology of the Marshall Plan from June 5 to November 5, 1947 – Thorsten V. Kalijarvi. (U.S. Library of Congress Legislative Reference Service) November 6, 1947. Chronology with excellent coverage of the committees established by President Truman and House of Representatives to analyze the initial report of the Committee of European Economic Co-operation and study the impact on the U.S. economy of aid to Western Europe.
From INITIATIVE/ History link:

"In 2003 representatives from science, politics, media, culture, business and various NGOs came together with the goal of working to counter the increasing imbalance that could be seen across humanity. As defined by the original Global Marshall Plan from 60 years ago, and also coined by Al Gore in the 90’S – it was considered that a “Global Eco-social Market Economy” would need to be implemented in order to correct the existing inequality. By linking (Co-) financing with activities aimed at establishing ecological and social standards, a win-win situation should be enabled both for the “North” and the “South”."

from INITATIVE/Alliances:

The Europe-wide Campaign FINANCIAL TRANSACTION TAX NOW!, sponsored by a vast movement of unions, political and civil society organizations, wants to operate as voice of the European citizens. The success of an implementation of the tax depends on the will of the ministers of finance of the member states, which are negotiating on this topic in the Council of Europe. The campaign puts pressure on the accomplishment of the tax via content claims and e-mail actions.

The "Bündnis Nachhaltigkeit Bayern" (BNB) (Sustainability Alliance of Bavaria), a coalition of Bavarian economic, social and environmental organisations, lobbies the Bavarian Government to increase its efforts to transition to new energy sources. The BNB expects that by the year 2016 it is realistic for 50% of supplies to come from renewable sources.

The Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship is an independent, international, non-profit membership association of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). It facilitates the participation of NGOs in United Nations debates and decision-making. CONGO is most active at the major UN centers of New York, Geneva and Vienna but its work stretches out to all regions of the world.
UBUNTU - World Forum of Civil Society Network is intended as a network of networks, an organisation of organisations, where united yet diverse, these actors can jointly weave structures and forums of opinion aimed at promoting the principles and values which sustain democratic life.

Action Against Poverty (GCAP)
The Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP) is a growing alliance that brings together trade unions, INGOs, the women's and youth movements, community and faith groups and others to call for action from world leaders in the global North and South to meet their promises to end poverty and inequality. GCAP opens up civil society space, organises global mass mobilisations and makes  ordinary peoples voices heard.
