TTIP......data protection.........NHS Trust signs agreement to provide personal and private data to Googleā€¸
Must we ALL become copyright holders for our 'self' in order to protect our data?

RoyalFree Hospital Trust terms and conditions

Permission to reproduce the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust protected material does not extend to any material on this site that is identified as being the copyright of a third party. Authorisation to reproduce such material must be obtained from the copyright holders.   http://www.royalfree.nhs.uk/patients-visitors/privacy-statement/

TTIP/IPR will walk all over data protection...Copyright, = a form of intellectual property law

"Would love to see specific citations showing that Google has no choice but to claim ownership of all its employee's projects during their own free time at home or elsewhere, not at work. I thought slavery was banned, it's amazing to now hear that it is required under international treaty."

The UKCCS (copyright service) contends (de facto) that names, titles, short phrases, (and also colours), are not considered unique or substantial enough to be awarded copyright. So DIY is called for. It can be done.
